Wiggins put up 21 points and grabbed 10 boards in Saturday’s International game at the Jordan Brand Classic. He seemed to thrive in a featured matchup against highly touted Slovenian forward Mario Hezonja, who was held to just 6-of-19 shooting in large part because of Wiggins’ defense.

“He’s supposed to be one of the best in the world in my age group,” Wiggins said. “It’s good to know how the other players are and what separates me from them.”

The MVP of the White Team in the International game, Wiggins is a 6-7 wing from Canada who just turned 16 in February. He was pretty clearly the most developed player in the contest—he finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds and a pair of dunks.
