The 2012 London Summer Olympic Games are upon us and guess what? The Canadians won't be there once again.

Luckily things are looking up for Canada thanks to the recent invasion of Canadian talent both at the NBA and NCAA levels. The Canadians have strong hopes of qualifying for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio De Janeiro Brazil and if things work out as they should the Canadian Sr. Men's National team should be stacked from top to bottom with Canadian NBA and NCAA players.

We may not be in the 2012 Olympic Games in London, but clearly basketball up north has a ton to look forward to. It sometimes disturbs Canadians to think of how bad they’ve always been, especially since we live right next door to hoops country.
