Former Knicks Guard Andy Rautins Set To Join OKC Thunder Training Camp
Canadian Guard Andy Rautins is set to join the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Rautins last played in the NBA with Knicks in 2010, appearing in only eleven games as a Rookie.
Rautins short lived NBA career to an end when the Knicks traded him to the Dallas Mavericks and eventually resulting in the Mavs waving the Canadian National Basketball team member.
The Thunder could use dead eye shooter like Rautins who is coming off a strong year in Spain's second division with CB Lucentum Alicante.
If things pan out for Rautins, Canada could all of sudden have a total of nine (9) Canadian Basketball players in the NBA.
Steve Nash, Tristan Thompson, Joel Anthony, Cory Joseph, Andrew Nicholson, Robert Sacre, Samuel Dalembert and Kris Joseph.
