Knicks Top, Raptors Check In At Fourth On 10 Worst NBA Franchises Since 2000
Here's are great look at the 10 worst NBA teams since 2000. According to the folks who put this together their criteria included:

4. Toronto Raptors – Last won a playoff series in 2001 (2nd longest drought in the NBA). But at least they’ve been to the playoffs recently (2007, 2008). Guess they miss Chris Bosh, huh?
1. New York Knicks – Last playoff series win? That came all the way back in the 1999-2000. Longest drought in the NBA. Let it sink in: the Knicks have gone 12 years without winning a playoff series.
