Andrew Wiggins drops career-high 35 points against LeBron’s Cavaliers

Minnesota Timberwolves Andrew Wiggins has a knack for raising his game when the stakes are high, Wiggins who we have tracked since his days at Vaughan Secondary High School. Since entering the NBA in 2015 Wiggins has adapted and excelled as expected, winning rookie of the year honors and currently  earning enough just NBA All-Star votes to put himself in prime position to earn a spot on the West roster, specially if an late injury occurs.

Wiggins put on a shooting exhibition against the team that drafted him and traded him, and against the man many have compared him to. In his third career game against the Cleveland Cavaliers the 20-year who came into the game averaging  30 points per contest against Lebron and Co. added stretched his personal best putting up 35 points on 12-of-19 shooting, including 3-of-7 (43%) from the land beyond and an ultra aggressive 8-for-12 from free-throw line. Wiggins is currently averaging a 20.6 points per game.
