Kentucky Wildcats to face Western and Windsor Canadian exhibition match-ups

The Kentucky Wildcats who will be taking a trip to Canada later this fall have announced that they will play the Western University Mustangs in game that will take place at the University of Windsor St. Denis Centre on August 16, 2010 at 6PM.

Complete details on the Wildcats trip to Canada are still being finalized and more details will follow. It should be a no-brainer that a game against the Windsor Lancers is also on the schedule.

Usually, NCAA teams play three to four games on their trips to Canada, therefore we expect additional games to be added to the schedule in an effort to give freshmen extra practice time and games.

This will be an excellent chance for Canadian hoops fans to see one the NCAA most prominent college basketball teams as well as legendary basketball coach John Calipari who has been linked to NBA contracts.
