Milwaukee Keep Bucking The Trend With New ‘Vintage’ Jerseys

Owning the future like their hash-tag campaign for those who ‘Fear The Deer’, the Bucks continue to cash in on their franchise re-brand.

Milwaukee gave us some instantly classic new logos in April and as they matured to new points the stags are now primed for a future that will see ownership move them to a brand new arena in Wisconsin over the next couple of seasons. Seasons that should see the maturity of young stars and future faces of the league Jabari Parker and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Two guys who showed off the Bucks new look at a block party in Milwaukee that featured legend Vin Baker and coach Jason Kidd.

After a decent 82 and change last campaign and almost showing the Bulls a new animal in the playoffs, critics thought they shouldn’t have made following the year-ending injury to potential Rookie Of The Year Parker, the Bucks are back! And it doesn’t look to stop here as Milwaukee are looking to NCAA Finalist Wisconsin and their two graduating Badgers, Frank ‘The Tank’ Kaminsky and Sam Dekker to arm them for their future ownership.

Draft cap or not, the franchise knows what to suit their new picks in.

These new Buck uniforms debuted this weekend are vintage basketball beauty and as an immediate classic as the new logos (which you can find on the uniforms shorts) and ‘Good Land Green’ and ‘Cream City’ color scheme. The best in the vest game, the Bucks have always had nice unis and logos that will now look even better on the Mitchell and Ness hardwood classic of a throwback Thursday. But as of right now and for the hash-tag future, the green and whites have only looked better when Oscar Robertson and a young Kareem, Lew Alcindor rocked no names on their backs.

Now even if your name is as long as the alphabet spaghetti of Antetokounmpo you’ll be wanting to hand over each dollar for the iron presses of your own. Because believe us, you want to be a part of this. Simple but sublime, the white Bucks home jersey (complete with three Great Lakes Blue stripes for their collared, hard work approach) and the literal representation of Milwaukee across the chest on the road, going green makes for some sweet signatures that are about to autograph the hallowed hardwood in what looks to be a dotted line future for the Bucks, adding even more stars to their payroll.

Now we can’t wait to see what the new Milwaukee court looks like. The last one will take some beating though.

Still that’s what we thought about the logos and uniforms and look how they turned out.

Someone tell legends Glenn Robinson, Ray Allen and Sam Cassell a new big three as great as the original is about to be complete and we aren’t just talking about the draft stars of Parker and Giannis.

Honoring the owned and owed heritage however in their hallmark future, it seems the Milwaukee Bucks know precisely where they are going, because they know exactly where they’ve come from…
