Hi, what are you looking for?

NBA

When will Trae Young have his day?

Is it not a Young man’s game? Trae’s ice-cold All-Star snubs are getting old.

When will trae young have his day

Don’t get it twisted.

If Trae Young ends up playing in this year’s NBA All-Star Game in San Francisco because someone else is missing in action, it doesn’t count.

Now that the All-Star starters and reserves have been announced. Number 11 is nowhere to be found on the fifteen-man roster for the Eastern Conference, just when you thought snubs only happened in the Oscar movie world at this time of year.

Apparently the NBA academy can’t get it right either.

Why does one of the coldest players in the game keep getting snubbed by the NBA’s mid-season classic, much like jilted lovers in mid-February?

“It’s getting “Traed” at this point”, he hilariously quipped, clapping back on social-media.

The 26-year-old isn’t just one of the best young (no pun intended) stars in the Association; he’s also leading the league in assists with 11.4 per contest. So don’t say it’s because he’s selfish.

Perhaps it’s because he likes to troll people, as he’s just done with the Luka and AD trade—the ultimate NBA villain, Reggie Miller, mark two. It took SLAM Magazine years to give Miller his time on the cover, despite all the years he broke the (Josh) hearts of New Yorkers.

Young does the same, making Manhattan his town and Madison Square Garden his Mecca. If he isn’t taking a bow on Broadway, he’s rolling dice on the Knicks’ court for an NBA Cup upset. It’s all theatre… and you’ve got to love it.

Yet, some people hate. The Ice Trae, with the coldest veins this side of Brooklyn, can’t find a road-map to The Bay for the break.

Come on! If you’re not going to roll the dice, somebody should blow the whistle on all those who are being too short with the little man who makes some of the biggest performances in the L.

The NBA is taking a loss if it can’t see that.

Voters, starters, all those in reserve, and no room on the bench for the best Hawk to spread his wings since long before Josh Smith took to the Dunk Contest?

Welcome to Atlanta, where the players apparently don’t play.

And if you thought that was bad, even Devin Booker isn’t booking a room in Golden State.

Two warriors we won’t see that weekend.

Just when you thought this weekend was for ALL stars.
