Tristan Thompson was all over the court scoring on offence and rebounding on defence, shooting right- and left-handed all night. If he keeps up this type of tempo, he’s going to make an argument for being the team’s most valuable player by season’s end.
Cory Joseph, who had four fouls on Monday night, stayed out of trouble Wednesday and was really efficient on defence. The freshman had seven rebounds, all of which were defensive, and four steals. He plays a similar game to former Longhorn guard Avery Bradley.
