High school basketball in the nations capital has always been a major attraction for many years. Ottawa has consistently pumped-out top high school basketball talent, stamping itself as a major hub for CIS, NCAA, CCAA and pro teams looking high quality talent.

In early preseason meeting between two of the top teams in the National Capital Region, Immaculata’s Class 2017 6’4 SF Quinton Duckworth surprised St. Patrick’s Irish defender with a one-hand flush at the annual 2016 St.Patrick’s High School Senior Boys invitational tournament.
