It would’ve been nice to see these two teams go at it in a best-of-three series. The Golden Hawks balanced team effort propelled them to a key road win against the struggling Windsor Lancers.

A hot start from the visiting Gee-Gees proved the difference, as the Blues couldn’t contain Warren Ward and the Gee-Gees long ball. Ottawa connected on 14-29 three-pointers (48.3%) and ran away with a comfortable victory.
